Friends of Aama

Friends of Aama
Date: August 21, 2026
Location: Denver Art Museum
Join us for a rare and intimate evening with House of Aama, where fashion becomes memory, film becomes archive, and storytelling is treated as sacred craft.
Known for their poetic approach to design rooted in ancestral narrative, cultural memory, and spiritual depth, House of Aama invites guests into a world where garments are not just worn, but remembered. This experience offers an up-close encounter with the creative vision of the mother-daughter duo behind the brand, in a setting designed for reflection, dialogue, and connection.
The evening begins with guest arrival and check-in before transitioning into an intimate, guided conversation inside the exhibit space with the designers themselves. From there, guests will move into a curated film screening at Ponti, where dinner will be available for purchase as you enjoy the films.
Throughout the evening, guests will also have the exclusive opportunity to shop a curated selection of House of Aama pieces, offering a rare chance to bring home garments that embody the brand’s signature storytelling and artistry.
This is not a traditional fashion event. It is a living archive, a seated dialogue, and a rare invitation to experience one of the most compelling voices in contemporary fashion.
