Color of Fashion Artist Agreement

This agreement is made and takes effect on date indicated below between Color of Fashion, a non-profit organization, ("CoF") and the undersigned Artist (“Artist”) for participation in the Fall 2026 runway show and associated events.

Workshops/Training Sessions
Makeup
Session 1: June 6th, 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Session 2: July 12th, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Hair
Session 1: June 28th, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

​Session 2: July 19th, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Makeup artists are required to attend one workshop/training session

Hair artists must attend both workshop/training sessions

[Expectations of Artist]
Attend two training session in full (MUA must attend one).

Be available for the main event date at the designated call time.

Work collaboratively and professionally with fellow stylists, designers, and models.

Adhere to the creative direction and brand vision of Color of Fashion and the featured designer.

Execute 3–4 model looks, with flexibility based on final assignments.

Ensure punctuality for all listed dates and events.

Use professional-grade tools and products during all styling/makeup sessions accompanied by proper sanitation between each application/style.

Maintain a sober and professional environment—no use of alcohol, drugs, or tobacco is permitted during training sessions or on show day.

Promote the event when applicable on personal/professional social media platforms (optional but encouraged).

[Rate and Compensation]
The artist will receive a minimum stipend of $150, paid via the method designated by CoF within a reasaonable period of time after the show (Venmo, Cashapp or Zelle).

Additional incentives may be available based on sponsorships, media coverage, or event revenue.

By submitting this form, the Artist agrees to the terms and expectations outlined above. CoF reserves the right to adjust elements based on unforeseen circumstances, but all changes will be communicated clearly and with advance notice.
